Kifta shurva(meatball soup)

Kifta shurva is healthy, nourishing and delicious soup. For soup we will use "Qaynatma shorva" or beef stock. If you want to make soup lighter and low in calorie, then it is possible to make it with water, but taste is much better when you prepare "Kifta"s in soup.
Ingredients:
300 gr of meat (beef or mutton)minced
1 small egg
60 gr rice finely washed
Salt to taste, pepper
2 tbsp of melted butter
2 potatoes peeled and quartered
1 liter of "Qaynatma shorva"(soup) or beef stock
Fresh chopped coriander leaves
Mix minced meat with rice, butter, salt and pepper. Form meat balls with your hands, occasionally washing hands with cold water. Be sure that your meat balls are not big, make them smaller, just to make it easier to eat. Boil soup, carefully put in meat balls one by one. Add in potatoes.(If you are using "Qaynatma shorva" then no potato needed, because it will already contain potatoes) Cook until rice is soft and ready. Serve with fresh chopped coriander leaves. You can also serve it with some cream, it will give richer taste.
